Denne single malt whisky er nøje udvalgt af Mac Y i forbindelse med deres 25 års jubilæum, som fandt sted i september 2021. Det er en peated whisky, der modnet i ex-bourbon fade, og har efterfølgende fået en fin finish i Ruby Port fade.

Duften byder på en sød tørverøg, der fører til fyldig chokoladekage og friskhøvlet eg med noter af rulletobak og revnet læder. Smagen er rig og glat med noter af jordbær og hindbær, som fører til sandkage og kakao samt hints af mælkechokolade og kaffebønner. Afslutningen er lang og kompleks med noter af rig sommervin, røget barbequesauce og tørrede mørke frugter.
