Andet: Håndnummerede flasker - Small batch Bourbon - 94 proof. Mørk i farven med en yderst kompleks næse. På den ene side blød og tilgængelig og så alligevel med en masse kraft. Nektarin, vanilje og småkager i smagen. Mange lag og lang eftersmag.

Color: Mahogany
Nose: Intensity – 2; Floral notes – Jasmine & orange blossoms, ginger, cinnamon, lots of bananas when water is added
Palate: Lemon, black tea, butterscotch, charcoal, citrus, nutty, honey; with water added, bananas & milk chocolate
Finish: Length – Medium; Eucalyptus, herbal, rye, spicy, pepper, barber’s shop… With water added, light toffee & pecans
Overall Impressions: Very floral on the nose with wonderful citrus notes: More citrus on the palate with loads of honey & then turning quite herbal on the finish… An incredibly different and inviting array of aromas & flavors when water is added!

The Darjeeling Express
Ingredients:

tbspn. Willett Pot Still Reserve
8 oz. vanilla chai tea
tspn. Sugar in the Raw (natural cane turbinado sugar)
tspn. of half & half
dash of ground nutmeg
cinnamon stick

Preparation:

After steeping tea for five minutes, add Willett Pot Still Reserve, sugar, half & half and cinnamon stick. Stir for a few seconds using the cinnamon stick and top it off with a dash of nutmeg.

Bacon-Infused Old Fashioned Recipe #1
Ingredients:

2 oz. bacon-infused Willett Pot Still Reserve
two dashes of Angostura Bitters
tspn. light agave nectar
tbspn. water
orange twist
Luxardo Italian Maraschino Cherry

Preparation:

To make the bacon-infused Willett Pot Still Reserve... Take 2 oz. bacon grease and add to 10 oz. of Willett Pot Still Reserve in a mason jar. Put the lid on and shake good! Place in the fridge and every half an hour to an hour shake the mason jar for a few seconds. After five or six hours, place the mason jar in the freezer for an hour. After the hour has come and gone, spoon off the thick top layer of bacon fat and strain the bourbon into another mason jar. In an old fashioned glass, pour the agave nectar, bitters and water and stir for 30 seconds. Next, add a few ice cubes, the Willett Pot Still Reserve and stir. Garnish with an orange twist and a Luxardo cherry.
